Metal::

Feces::

The living human being is made up of three faults (speech, bile, phlegm), seven basic tissues (juice, blood, flesh, fat, bone, marrow and sperm) and waste products of the body (such as feces, urine, sweat). Thus, the whole body is made up of faults, muscles and waste products. The composition of the body and its components depend on food as food is processed into these impurities, muscles and waste products. Eating, digestion of food, acceptance of food, metabolism etc. are the basis of health and disease. All of this has a significant effect on the psychological process and gastrointestinal (fire). According to Panchmahabhuta Ayurveda, all the objects in the universe, including the human body, are made up of the five basic elements (Panchmahabhuta). This Panchmahabhuta means earth, water, fire, air and sky. 

These elements are balanced according to the structure of the human body and the needs of each of its organs. The growth and development of various organs of the body depends on the diet taken by human beings. Food enters the body with the help of the five elements and nourishes the elements of the body with fire-gastrointestinal. The muscles of the body form the structure while the juices and metals form the mental structure, which is formed by the different combinations and accumulation of the elements of the Panchmahabhuta. Health and Illness Health or illness depends on the lack or lack of balance between the various elements of the body. Physical balance is not maintained due to changes in diet, unhealthy habits and non-compliance with the rules of healthy living. Who can become a farmer? What if a non-farmer buys farmland?

Farmer:

A farmer is a person who cultivates the land himself. Farming means doing any agricultural work and farming by oneself means by one's own labor or by the labor of one's own family or under the personal supervision of one's own family who have to pay wages in cash but not as part of the crop. Or farming at one's own expense means a farmer.

Non-farmer:
A person who has not done any farming work till date and is not an inherited farmer.

Farm laborers can own their own land. :

First of all, who should be considered a farm laborer? A person who has been engaged in farm labor for 3 years and who does not have any agricultural land in his own name or joint name or inheritance of such land. The farm laborer should not engage in any occupation or related business other than farm labor. The annual income of such a person should not be more than Rs.2000.

Such persons can obtain a certificate from the Mamlatdar, establish themselves as farm laborers and then purchase agricultural land.

Can a non-farmer buy his own land?

A farmer from a foreign country is not considered a farmer in Gujarat and he cannot buy agricultural land in Gujarat: A non-farmer cannot buy his own land as a partner with a farmer. This means that a non-farmer partner with a farmer cannot become a farmer by buying farmland. Even a person from Gujarat cannot buy agricultural land in Gujarat under such circumstances.

A non-farmer person or organization also has to obtain a farmer's certificate from the Deputy Assistant Collector to purchase agricultural land. And the certificate can be obtained in the following situations:

• If a person wants agricultural land for non-agricultural work.
• If the owner of that land has complied with the provisions of section 3.
• In circumstances where no farmer of the village in which the land is situated is willing to lease that land from the owner of that land.
• Whether the land is required for the benefit of an industrial-trading venture or for educational or charitable purposes.
• That land is wanted by the co-operative society.
• Land can be mortgaged. But for that the mortgagee has to get a certificate from the collector meaning "he assumes to do the farming business and agrees to cultivate the land himself".
• If a landowner wants to donate to a person who does not own any land. But he assumes to be a farmer himself. And wants to cultivate the land yourself. A certificate of that meaning is obtained from the Mamlatdar.
• A person who has done a recognized course of agriculture (Behavior of Agriculture) wants to start his own business and is committed to farming himself.
• Receipt of Farmer Certificate is required to be used within one year: Work has to be started within a period of 1 year from the date of taking possession of the farm land for the reason that good permission has been obtained.

If the husband is not a farmer but the wife is a farmer's daughter: If the husband is not a farmer but the wife is a farmer's daughter, then the wife has to first get the farmer's certificate by entering her father's name as co-owner in her father's account. She can then buy the farm land herself and her heirs son, daughter (not husband) will be considered as inherited farmer and farm land can also be bought in their name.


After the person who is displaced due to Narmada scheme, whether he is a farmer or a non-farmer, it is considered as a resolution of the revenue department dated 18-06-21 - 150 MR. As per 18, Gujarat has to be considered as a farmer in the state.

Illegally acquired agricultural land may be confiscated: According to the above rules, if a person is illegally occupying the land by transferring the land, the Collector may take action to vacate the land as per the provisions of section 4.

In simple words, land records consist of various documents pertaining to land ownership, including sale deed—a record of the property transaction between the seller and the buyer. Other important documents in land records include record of rights, survey documents, and property tax receipts, among others.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Nitinbhai Patel has said that pensioners / family pensioners receiving pension in the state have to verify their annual survival. For which pensioners have to go to the bank or treasury in person. It was submitted to the finance department on behalf of the pensioners that it was not appropriate for the elderly pensioners to go to the bank or the treasury during the Corona epidemic. Therefore, the verification period should be extended. With this in mind, the term of two months has been extended by the Finance Minister Nitinbhai Patel. So now till October 2020, pensioners / family pensioners will be able to verify their existence in person at the concerned bank or at the District


Treasury or Pension Payment Offices. In addition, pensioners / family pensioners can verify their survival online on Jeevan Pramaan Portal (www.jeevanpramaan.gov.in).


The Deputy Chief Minister added that the period for verification of annual survival has been extended till August 31, 2020, taking into account the prevailing Corona epidemic. As a rule, pensioners are required to verify their annual subsistence by the end of June of that year. But considering the representations received by the pensioners as well as the prevailing situation, this important decision has been taken by the state government in the interest of the pensioners.

He added that at present, more than 2.61 lakh pensioners / family pensioners in the state are being credited with a monthly pension of Rs 1,200 crore directly through e-payment.

Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani has decided to pass a strict act-bill to crack down on land mafia elements illegally occupying land owned by government, local self-governing bodies or public trust-monasteries, farmers or private persons in Gujarat.

The Chief Minister is scheduled to present a proposal in this regard in the state cabinet meeting to be held tomorrow, Wednesday.

Gujarat has become the best choice for investment and land of opportunity for investors, industries, trade and employment from all over the world as a leading state of the country which is benefiting from global development.

The overall development of Gujarat in the last two decades has resulted in a significant increase in economic, social and commercial and agricultural activities in the state. At the same time, due to the speed of all these activities, the demand for land to build the required structure is gradually increasing.

Demand for land is increasing, especially in the municipal areas and industrial areas of the state and for residential purposes. And at the same time the market value of the land is increasing.

Some of the important provisions of the Gujarat Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act Ordinance are as follows: -

Lands owned by the state government or local bodies by force, criminal intimidation or fraud by some elements involved in the sale of land as well as individuals with vested interests taking advantage of the situation and engaging in illegal activities with the intention of making money overnight. They have been involved in illegal activities by forging documents, illegal possession without any direct possession or ownership and in some cases colluding with the administration, confiscating such land, transferring it in the name of others, selling it and renting it out.

The state government has also received complaints from time to time about illegal activities ranging from confiscating the land of Dhartiputras as well as religious institutions and constructing and selling it.

Even in individual cases, many people in the state have fallen prey to such elements. This sometimes raises law and order issues for the state government. Land grabbing in any form under those circumstances is prohibited by this Act. And declared such activity illegal.

The law provides that not only lands owned by government or local authorities but also persons involved in activities such as religious charities or donations or private tenants who have no legal tenants and continue to occupy the land will be found guilty under the Act and will be convicted for at least ten years. And imprisonment for a maximum of fourteen years as well as a fine up to the jantri value of the property.

Crimes under this Act will be investigated only by a police officer who is not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.

The implementation of this Act in the State will pave the way for drastic punishment and punitive action against the illegal or intimidating, intimidating elements occupying the lands of farmers, common man or private ownership, public institution, government, local self-government.

Thus, when the provisions of the ordinance come into force, the land can be confiscated and sold or the law can be enacted to encourage such activity so that the people can enjoy the rights of land ownership without any worries. In addition, farmers, religious, social trusts, public trusts, institutions, etc. involved in the activity of this law will be facilitated in their administration.

The Chief Minister has developed maximum use of technology and face lash systems for simplification of revenue services in the state.

Special note should be taken of the translation of the great poet Visakhadatta's 'Mudra Rakshas' by the literate Keshavlal Harshadraya Dhruva. The story of this play, which gives a miraculous picture of the destruction of the Nanda dynasty and the establishment of the Mauryan dynasty, is purely historical. The play is also unique in Sanskrit for its characterization and constitutional ingenuity. Ra. Dhruv is a good literary man and he has worked hard on that scripture by translating 'Git Govind', 'Amrushatak', 'Ghatkarpar' and Mudrarakshas etc. He has not only added value to the richness of the language but has also shown his kindness to Gujarati readers.


M's criticism of the play is supernatural. Revealing a mystery to confirm that there is some supernatural miracle in some scripture cannot be done by common sense. Some critics believe that they have done their duty by criticizing only the above, and ignore the concerns and ambiguities. As it is said in laughter for this, Sridhar Swamikobhi also became suspicious! But scholarly critics add to the text's ambiguity by exploring and clarifying the points of concern. Such critics are of excellent rank; And the AO deserves the respect of an excellent critic. His critique is so detailed and symmetrical that it is preceded by the Sanskrit critique of Calcutta and the self. Justice Telangana versions have become secondary. This is the limit of his effort in deciding the text.
