There are many things in Ayurveda that are prevalent in the general public to some extent, there are many things that have become more prevalent than what is in Ayurveda and some things have not come to light at all. One of such unknowns is the Panchkarma treatment method.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda has been a method of treatment since ancient times, which was born in India. The word Ayurveda has two words Ayu and Veda. In which age means - life and Veda means - science. Thus, Ayurveda is the science of living life.

Punch means five, karma means process, thus the five main processes performed for different diseases are Panchkarma. This consists of five actions, hence known as Panchkarma.

What are these five processes?

Basti means Ayurvedic enema,
Nasal means nasal spraying and
Hemorrhage is the act of removing bad blood in a blood transfusion
These are the main five actions. And these five are known as Panchkarma.

Apart from these, some other procedures are also done along with these procedures which are known in Ayurveda as lubrication and sweating. This includes a variety of massage and shake procedures. Often this massage and shake is done as the same main treatment.

Mistake: 4- Prolonged inactivity.

If you have a sudden back pain and you rest for a few days and use a waist belt, there is nothing wrong with that, but a lot of times people become quite inactive. This causes the muscles around the lumbar spine to become very stiff. The weaker and stiffer the core and abdominal muscles, the greater the back pain. So go to a physical therapist after a while. Mistake: 5- Treating by relying only on X-Ray, MRI & CT-Scan.

One thing that is considered in medical science is never to treat X-Ray, MRI, CT-Scan of a patient, to treat a patient's pain. That is why most people in today's society cannot get relief from low back pain, as they are only reported to be treated. Not of the original patient. X-Ray, MRI, CT-Scan are just one type of photos. Charges for these services increased::

Biometric update fees have increased since Aadhaar services began. Demographic update fee has not been increased. The eye (iris) and fingerprints in the base are also updated. In case of non-receipt of fingerprint, the person will have to undergo biometric updation again. The fee for this is kept at Rs 100, while for name, address, age, mobile number and e-mail only Rs 50 has to be paid as before.

According to UIDAI, along with the application form and fee, you will need to submit valid documents to change your name, address or date of birth.UIDAI accepts 32 documents as proof of identity.

Accepts 45 documents as proof of address and 15 documents as proof of date of birth. You can submit any valid evidence to change the details in your support.

For all changes to the base, you do not need to submit documents for verification. You can update your mobile number in Aadhaar card without submitting any document.
