National Scholarship Portal 2020 portal launched by Ministry of Electronics and Technology of Government of India. This portal provides various scholarships to SC,ST, OBC or Minority students. Applicants can apply or registration online for the schemes listed further. Appliers can read the further session of this page to gather the knowledge like eligibility criteria, registration procedure, the procedure to submit a renewal application, documents required and other relevant information.

  • You want to travel the "Services" option from the home page of the web site
  • Click "Plan Eligibility" from the drop-down options
  • Click on the "Check Eligibility" option
  • Documents required

  • You want to travel to a national scholarship to register yourself
  • You want to click "New Registration" from the home page of the web site

Read the instructions appears on the screen, tick the checkbox and click on “continue” option

Enter the small print as asked on the screen like name, date of birth, mobile number, gender, email ID, bank details etc.

Second Step Login

Log in through your “Student Registration ID”
Click on “Application Form” Icon


The application form are going to be displayed on the screen

Fill within the asked details i.e State of Domicile, Name of the scholar , Date of Birth, Community/ Category, Father’s Name, Aadhaar card Number, Mobile Number, Scholarship Category, Gender, Religion, Mother’s Name, Annual Family Income, Email ID etc.

Go to the National Scholarship Portal

  • From the house page of the web site you would like to click “services”
  • Click “know your AISHE Code” from the drop-down list
  • Select your institution type, state, district, university type and name
  • Click submit option and list of schools with AISHE code appears
  • Download NSP Mobile Application
  • Go to the National Scholarship Portal
  • Click on “Get it on Google play” option available within the top right side of the page
