With the goal of reaching out to large numbers of smartphone users, the new mAadhaar is released by the Unique Identification Authority of India. The App features an array of Aadhaar services and a personalized section for the Aadhaar holder who can carry their Aadhaar information in form of a soft copy, instead of carrying a physical copy all the time.

Multilingual : In order to ensure the Aadhaar Services are accessible to linguistically diverse residents of India, the menu, button labels and form fields are provided in English as well as in 12 Indian languages (Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannad, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu). After installation, the user will be prompted to select any of the preferred languages. However, the input fields in the forms will accept data entered in the English language only. o Main Service Dashboard: Direct access to download Aadhaar, Order a Reprint, Address Update, Download offline eKYC, Show or Scan QR Code, Verify Aadhaar, Verify mail/email, retrieve UID/EID, Request for Address Validation Letter

o Request Status Services: To help resident check status of various online requests

o My Aadhaar: This is a personalized section for Aadhaar holder where the resident will not have to enter their Aadhaar number to avail Aadhaar services. In addition, this section also provides facility for the resident to lock/unlock their Aadhaar or Biometric Authentication.

Aadhaar Locking – Aadhaar holder can lock their UID/Aadhaar number anytime they wish.

Biometric locking/unlocking secures biometric authentication by locking biometrics data. Once resident enables Biometric Locking system their biometric remains locked till the Aadhaar Holder chose to either unlock it (which is temporary) or Disable the Locking system.




TOTP generation – Time-based One-Time Password is an automatically generated temporary password that can be used instead of SMS based OTP.

Update of profile – To updated view of Aadhaar profile data after successful completion of update request.

 Sharing of QR code and eKYC data by Aadhaar Number holder helps Aadhaar users share their password-protected eKYC or QR code for safe and paperless verification.

Step 4: Next enter that captcha code and tap 'Send OTP' or enter 'TOTP'.

Step 5: A six-digit OTP will be sent to your mobile number.

Step 6: Enter the OTP and log-in.

Step 7: On the next page, if you have the valid documents, then you can update the address by clicking on the Update Address via Address Proof' tab.

Step 9: On the new page you need to enter the details, upload a valid supporting document, Submit and follow the instructions given on the screen.

The government has refused to give mass promotions in primary schools. Reports for mass promotions came in the media that primary schools in the state have not yet started physically amidst the Corona riots. However, the state government clarified that it had no plans to give mass promotions to students due to the epidemic. State Education Minister Chudasama said, "Examinations will be held before promoting students in the next academic class."

He further said, 'Std. Students of 1st to 8th and 9th as well as 11th standard will be examined and their examinations will be based on the online syllabus taught by the schools. "If the entire syllabus could not be taught online due to the Koro epidemic, the syllabus will be taken on the basis of the number of syllabi taught to the students," Chudasama told our correspondent Times of India 

"All the options for taking the exam are being considered," he said.

The most suitable option will be considered. One option is to give the students a question paper at home and have it checked by the teachers. Another option is to have the student called to a very limited number of batch wise schools and take their exams there.

While the third option is online exam. Which is the least likely option as students in rural areas have very limited smartphone and computer facility through which they can take the exam online. There will be a high-level meeting on how to conduct the exams in which each party will have its say. On the basis of which the most acceptable option will be adopted.

Bharat Gajipara, president of the Gujarat Self-Financed School Management Association, said the exams must be taken to make what is taught online meaningful. "If students are given mass promotions, then the credibility of online education will be questioned," he said.

On behalf of the parents of the students, the All Gujarat Board of Guardians demanded that mass promotion be given to the students as the schools were physically closed during the core period. He argued that it would not be appropriate to take the exam as online learning was very limited in rural areas. While the government believes that all options should be considered before making any decision.

School management, on the other hand, has increased pressure on the state government to reopen schools as many parents have refused to pay fees as the schools are not physically open. The school trustees said, "All parents will be encouraged to pay fees if schools start. Corona has caused a lot of damage to schools.

• d) Formation of New youth clubs, activisation of defunct youth clubs is the major task of each volunteer. 
• e) Organizing NYKs regular and special programme with the help of Youth clubs. 
• f) Guiding and motivating youth clubs members for involving themselves in community development programmers 
• g) Recommending active/ dedicated members of youth clubs for NIC, Skill training, international youth exchange programme etc. to District Youth Officer. 
• h) To maintain records of programmers conducted by youth clubs. 
• i) To submit regular reports / online reports highlighting their work on regular basis. 
• j) Maintain liaison with development departments and youth work agencies in the block/ district. 
• k) To attend meetings regularly, at concerned Kendra.

1. Background 

The Competent authority has directed that the entire selection process of NYVs for the year 2021-22 should be completed at the earliest in a transparent and time bound manner. In view of provision of the scheme of NYC, it has been decided by the Competent Authority to deploy meritorious young candidates having dedication, talent, enthusiasm and fulfilling the required conditions as NYVs.
It is made clear that in order to streamline the system of deployment of NYVs, the following aspects are to be followed:- a) Any volunteer, deployed against any vacancy in between, should be deployed for the remaining period only, of that financial year (up to 31st March). This will ensure that from April, the whole system of NYV deployment will be as per financial year i.e. 1 st April to 31st March. b) For considering continuation of any volunteer in the 2 nd year, proposals along with details of specific achievements made by the particular NYVs may be placed before the NYV selection committee for necessary decision. c) In case, the deployment process is delayed due to election code of conduct and other reasons, then the deployment should be made only up to the remaining part of the financial year i.e. up to 31st March, of that year. Further, in case, their term is extended in the 2nd year, the extension will be up to 31st March of the extended year or completion date of their 2nd year term whichever is earlier

This tool helps to identify and remove any botnet malware from the computer. This tool can be used on a computer with or without an antivirus program. It protects against data theft, but does not protect against other malware.

Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Fresher) - Non-Graduate with 12th pass qualification
Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Skilled Certificate Holders) - Minimum 12th pass. Additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of ‘Retail Trainee Associate’ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Govt.

Selection Procedure for IOCL Apprentice Posts
The Selection will be done on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Written Test and meeting notified eligibility criteria.
