How to apply
Candidates must go to https://vmc.gov.in/recruitment.aspx and click on the "Apply Apply Online" option to open the Application Online Application Form for the relevant post.
Candidates are advised to fill the application online carefully. No changes are allowed after clicking the "Submit" button. Before pressing the "Submit" button, candidates are advised to check every field filled in the application. should appear in the certificates / marksheet and the application should have proper spelling. Any changes / alterations received may disqualify the subscription.
Candidates are required to upload their photograph as per the specifications given in the guide for scanning the following photograph.
Application After successful submission of online application form, the candidate will receive confirmation of registration via SMS / e-mail. Please be sure to provide the correct mobile number / e-mail address to receive confirmation of registration.
Take a print-out application for further processing.
Guides for scanning photographs
Prior to applying online, the candidate must have a scanned (digital) image of his / her photograph as per the specifications given below.Your online application will not be registered unless you upload a specified photograph.
Scanning photograph
(1) Set the scanner resolution to at least 200 dpi (dots per inch).(2) Set the color to True Color.
()) File size as mentioned above.
()) Cut the image in the scanner on the edge of the photograph / signature, then use the upload editor to cut the image to the final size (as mentioned above).
(5) The image file should be in JPG or JPEG format. Example file name is: image01.jpg or image01.jpeg. Image parameters can be verified by listing the folder files or by moving the mouse over the file image icon.
Candidates using MSOffice can easily retrieve photos that do not exceed 50kb in .jpeg format using the MS-Paint program or the MS-Office Face Picture Manager program. Scanned photograph in any format. Can be saved in jpg format by using the "save as" option in the file menu and using cropping to reduce the size below 50kb and then resize the option in the "image" menu. Similar photos are also available in other photo editors.
If the file size and format are not specified, an error message will be displayed.
Procedure for online payment of application fee

(1) Application fee will be paid through online mode only.
(3) To pay the application fee, click on the “Pay Online Payment” option available in the recruitment menu at the top of the page.
()) Enter the application number and date of birth. Click on the search button to get the payment details.
()) Select the payment mode and click on the "Proceed for payment" button.
()) After the transaction is done, the status of the transaction will be displayed on the screen. SMS and mail will be sent to your mobile / e-mail address respectively.
()) After a successful transaction, take out a print out of the application details and receipt for further processing.
()) Once the application fee is successfully paid, the registration process is completed.
